Technical Documentation Overhaul

Transforming dense 8-page spec sheets into clear, concise 2–4 page documents making it easier for clients to understand Vivreau's systems and for designers to confidently spec them into projects.

Fewer errors. Faster specs.

8 pages of confusion

Vivreau's existing spec sheets were dense, inconsistent, and hard to navigate. Blocks of text made it difficult for designers and dealers to find critical installation information and complex, inconsistent imagery made things worse. The result: costly errors, slow speccing, and a product that looked less premium than it actually was.

After2–4 pages · tables · illustrations

Tables over text. Illustrations over noise.

Every spec sheet was restructured around two core principles: replace blocks of text with scannable tables, and replace complex imagery with custom illustrations tailored to each product. The cut sheet a new one-page format was born from how effective the illustrations turned out to be.

Documentation that moves

To make the content even more accessible, I project managed and edited two tailored video sets one for technicians covering step-by-step installation and maintenance, and one for clients providing clear system overviews for independent troubleshooting. The videos dramatically reduced the volume of support calls and installation errors.
